Without close, regular BCBA involvement, a program can drift — sessions continue, but nobody with the clinical training to notice is actively checking whether they're still the right sessions for where your child is now.

This structure exists specifically to prevent a common failure pattern in the ABA industry: a BCBA spread across an unsustainably large caseload, providing only occasional, paperwork-based oversight while RBTs operate largely independently.
